Pituitary apoplexy precipitated by head trauma in a Nigerian: A case report

Background: Pituitary apoplexy is a neuroendocrine emergency, commonest cause is pituitary adenoma. It can occur with or without precipitating factors. Commonest precipitating factor is hypertension.
